The message that you are seeing is a Windows authenticity message. It indicates that the computer has not connected to the license server for a period of time. It will need to be physically connected to the Lehigh Network or a VPN connection established long enough for Windows to Check-In with the License Server. Also, if you connect VPN you can manually force an activation from the Windows Search box by typing Activate.
