Graduating seniors receive an email soon from the alumni office about the alumni email account that they offer to graduates. The account ends alum.lehigh.edu and runs on gmail. They have general info about this email at http://mylehigh.lehigh.edu/s/1127/indexRtCol.aspx?sid=1127&gid=1&pgid=4035 but you can contact the Alumni Office with specific questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have this alumni account, you can migrate your mail via https://webapps.lehigh.edu/lem/ -- or if you have a personal gmail account you'd like to transfer your mail to, you can use that.
