Most likely, your password has expired. To change your password go to http://www.lehigh.edu/change and enter your username. You can then update your password to get access to the systems and services you need. If, for some reason, the system does not accept your password as you recall it, you can go to lehigh.edu/forgot and answer your security questions to reset your password.
