The Lehigh mail server is backed up three times a week. Your missing message(s) may or may not be backed up, depending on the date the message arrived in your mail, how long it was in your inbox, and when you deleted it. If only one message or a few messages are missing, it may be easier to contact the sender to have the message resent.

If you would like to request a reload, contact the LTS Help  Desk. We will need this information from you:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Date message was deleted
  • Date message was received
  • Any detail about the message(s) needed, e.g., subject line, sender, other searchable information.

If possible, we will reload the messages or your entire inbox from the date requested, and the contents will be put in a new folder in your mail. You will need to subscribe to the new folder before you can view it. If you have any questions, contact the LTS Help Desk at 610.758.4357.
