You can make a request for a job refund by logging into your PaperCut account at http://www.lehigh.edu/print, selecting "Recent Print Jobs", and then clicking the "Request Refund" button for the specific job. Please note that all requests must be made within 48 hours of the print job. Refunds will only be considered for legitimate device errors or equipment failure.
